Lie back on an incline bench set at approximately 45 degrees to the ground. Grasp the dumbbells with the palms of your hands facing towards your body. Exhale and slowly curl the weight up while supinating your palms to face your biceps in the top of the movement. Try to keep your elbows facing toward the ground throughout the movement. This is an excellent exercise for providing resistance to your biceps muscles throughout their full range of motion. Keep your head and neck in a neutral position throughout the movement.
