| Begin by setting up two short plyo boxes slightly wider than your normal pushup width. Begin the exercise in a pushup position with your hands on the plyo boxes. Move your hands in off of the boxes, allowing you to drop toward the floor. As soon as your hands contact the floor push hard forcing you back up landing with your hands back on the boxes. You want to spend the least amount of time possible with your hands on the floor. Note: Make sure you place the boxes on a surface that will not allow them to slide around. |
