Arm Circles

Search the Fitrex.com Fitness Information:
Advanced Search

Stand upright with your knees slightly bent and your feet positioned at shoulder width. Elevate your arms out from your sides until they are parallel to the ground. Rotate your arms forward making a small circle for the prescribed number of repetitions. One full circle is one rep! Alternate by rotating your arms backward on the second set. Breathe normally and keep your head in a neutral position throughout the movement.
