External Rotation Stick Stretch

Hold a stretching stick in your right hand while holding your right arm up, elbow at 90 degrees, upper arm parallel to the floor, and the stick behind your upper arm between your elbow and shoulder. With your left hand grasp the stick below your right arm. Gently pull the stick forward this will push your right hand backward, and therefore stretch your the muscles of your rotator cuff. Hold the stretch for about 10 seconds. Be careful not to over stretch.
