| Begin by sitting on a Preacher Curl Bench that has a 90 Degree attachment. This can be accomplished with many Preacher Curl Benches by turning the top platform around and using the straight side! Grasp the EZ bar by utilizing either the inside bend or the outside bend of the bar. Where you grab the bar depends on your body and what feels best! Exhale and curl the weight up. Let the weight back down slowly and extend your arms as far as is comfortable to you. This exercise will stretch and develop the long head of your biceps. |
