Attach a theraband to a stationary object at approximately waist height. Stand with your left side to the theraband attachment when training your left arm and with your right side to the attachment when training your right arm. Hold your arm bent at a 90 degree angle at the elbow and your upper arm near your side with about 3 inches between your elbow and your side. Internally rotate your upper arm moving your forearm forward and bringing it in towards your torso (individual range of motion may vary). Remember to keep a space between your side. And, keep your elbow at a 90 degree angle.
