| Lie on the floor. Bend your knees so your feet are flat on the ground. Place an appropriately sized Medicine Ball between your knees. Press your lower back into the floor. Exhale, and pull your knees toward your chest. As your get more advanced you can straighten your legs a little more at the beggining of the movement and bring your knees up further at the end! Remember to keep your head in a neutral position throughout the exercise. |
