Med Ball Chest Pass (kneeling)

For this exercise you will need a partner and a medicine ball of a weight you can handle. Begin kneeling on the floor or on a mat. Keep your toes pulled up towards your knees and stay erect. Hold your arms up in front of your chest. Your partner will pass the medicine ball to you. Catch the ball and forcefully push it back to your partner. You will need to push it up somewhat as your partner is standing.
