Why do Fitrex.com programs work? |

periodization.
Periodizing an exercise program refers to varying the program at
regular time intervals to bring about optimal gains in
physical performance. Periodization can be an excellent way to get
past training plateaus or to renew your enthusiasm if your training
has stagnated. Through periodization, you maximize your results in
the minimum amount of time. Fitrex.com programs use a 12 week
periodization schedule to achieve the best results. You can further customize
your program by adjusting individual exercise weights or by
substituting one exercise for another that may work better for you.

Dan Wirth. Dan has over eleven years of experience coaching
and creating programs for every day people, as well as college and
Olympic athletes. Dan knows and understands the intricacies and
importance of a custom workout program. |

Fees paid for a program of a specific duration will not be refunded, but will be canceled at the end of that period.
