Hi! I am {name withheld} and I would like to increase the size of my buttocks, can you please recommand the most effective way of acheiving my goal, Thanks.


The Answer:

I don't get this type of question very much! But, (no pun intended!) the best way to increase the size of your gluteus maximus is to do the squat exercise along with single leg movements like the step up and the lunge. You can find all of these exercises in most of our programs. Try the 3 or 4 day General Fitness program.
