The Question:

This is a great website. I am just starting the 4day Strength and Power Program. How many days a week should I do cardio? Right now I am doing 30 minutes each of the four days that I lift weights.


The Answer:

I truly believe that doing 30 minutes of cardio four days per week is great for overall health and for burning a few extra calories if you are trying to get a little leaner. However, if your main goal is to increase strength and power than I would not do more than 15 minutes three times per week!

It all depends on what you want! I hope you like your Fitrex program. Keep working hard!
