The Question:

I'm a petite women and I have been doing cardio for years and I am just starting in weightlifting. I want to overall tone my body but I want defintion as well. Especially in my arms, back, butt and stomach. Would a personal trainer at a gym be able to give me a workout schedule that would help?

What about nutrition shold I eat lots of cardio and protein??

Any advice would be helpful.

Personal trainers are awesome because they "force" you to train consistently. However, they can be expensive. This is why we developed our web site!
