The Question:

Hi, I am 18yrs old 6 feet and 250lbs. I want to really tone and lose wieght but I want my muscles to get bigger also. Can you help?

Which program do you recommend?


The Answer:

The General Fitness programs provide for a great combination of muscle toning and muscle development. The first weeks of the program will focus more on muscle toning with lighter weight and higher reps. Then, each successive week will decrease in reps and increase in weight to help provide enough overload to your muscles so they will grow.

Don't forget to try and do some aerobic exercise for 30 minutes 3 times a week to really help burn calories and reduce bodyfat. Also, check out our nutrition section at
