The Question: I have recently begun your Bodybuilding 4 Day Express Workout. Prior to this, I would normally run three miles four times a week. How should I integrate these two workouts? The Answer: I have to tell you that Bodybuilding and running don't integrate very well. However, I understand you may enjoy the cardiovascular and caloric burning effects that running will give you. Just be aware that running makes it more difficult to put on size. |
