The Question:

I have recently begun your Bodybuilding 4 Day Express Workout. Prior to this, I would normally run three miles four times a week. How should I integrate these two workouts?


The Answer:

I have to tell you that Bodybuilding and running don't integrate very well. However, I understand you may enjoy the cardiovascular and caloric burning effects that running will give you. Just be aware that running makes it more difficult to put on size.

If you do decide to run, do so on Monday's, Wednesday's and Saturday's. Then do the 4 Day split on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
