I wrote to you about the track workout, and to finish my question I run sprints like the 100 and 200. I am looking to lift about three times a week.


The Answer:

I have just finished the track and field program for a sprinter. It is 3 days per week. I think you will enjoy it! Look in the Sports Specific Section. Then go to Track and Field and you will see it there!
