The Question:In reviewing your available programs I did not see anything targeted to the
male senior citizen. Do you have one available. A little bit of personal
history.
I am a 63 year old male, 72 inches tall, weighing 225 pounds. I have done
very little exercising over the past two years, partially because of some
preexisting minor physical problems relative to the lower neck and back and a
problematic left shoulder.
I am initially interested in a light weight dumbbell exercise program that
can be used with a cardiovascular for the purpose of body toning.

All of the Fitrex programs are individualized for each person. The sets, reps, exercises and the weights designed for each workout are based off a very simple and quick fitness test. The fitness test is designed to find out about your particular strength levels. If you are relatively new to weight training and your strength is not yet developed your individual program will reflect this. There will be less weight and many times less exercises and sets depending again, on you, and your initial fitness levels.
