The Question:

What do you recommend for a strength and MASS workout? Heavier weights-less reps or Medium wieghts and a moderate amount of reps.
Also how many sets would you recommend to go along with this?


The Answer:

It doesn't sound like you've signed up for one of our programs yet. I would encourage you to become a member of Fitrex, there are no fees for membership, and you can change workouts as often as you'd like. Once you are signed up, you can explore the differences between all the programs I have designed. Without knowing your exact/specific goals, I would recommend any of the Strength and Power Workouts. The Bodybuilding Programs might also suit your needs. Read the descriptions of each workout category, and I think you'll be able to decide what's right for you.

All Fitrex programs have prescribed weight, set, and rep combinations for your specific goal. Try a program and let us know what you think!
