The Question:

How can i increase my vertical leap? Can you give me specific muscles to stretch?

The Answer:

A great program for increasing your vertical jump would be the Basketball program. The specific muscles involved in the vertical jump are the quadriceps, hamstrings, gluteals, calves, and lower back. However, even your arms and your abdominal muscles are involved in maximal jumping attempts.

You can find specific stretching exercises for all of these muscles by going into the Fitness Info section at the top right hand corner of the home page.
