The Question:

What should you do if you're forced to miss a few workouts on your schedule? I'm on the M-T-W-Th plan and will miss T and Th. Should I squeeze them in on the weekend, do them while I do the M and W routine, or just pick up next week?

If I just start next week, should I redo this week or follow what's written?


The Answer:

If you miss one workout you can go ahead and move to the next week. But, if you miss 2 workouts you have to redo the week. Missing two workouts really throws you off the pattern of the Fitrex periodization model.

So, here's what you should do: Adjust the starting date to begin one week later (if you are redoing one week) than your original start date. Then, redo the entire week of of the your program that you missed the workouts on. Keep going and don't miss!!!! :)
