The Question:

I noticed that in your designed workouts there is no mention of cardiovascular exercises. Are you an advocate of cardio?


The Answer:

I sure am an advocate of cardiovascular exercise as well as other forms of anaerobic based speed development programs! You can see a very specific cardio program by going into the "Armed Forces" section on our program selection page. Just click on the "Armed Forces" program and you should be able to see the 2 or 3 mile cardio program. These workouts are pretty aggressive and are built for people in the military who are in good shape!
